A Final Request

When a friend prays for us, it is a comfort and a privilege. Alistair Begg explains that it is an even greater privilege to know that Jesus prays for us. He intercedes on our behalf by praying to God the Father for us. Even during His last hours on earth, as He faced crucifixion, the concern on his heart was for His followers. He spent that time praying that those who belong to Him would be with Him, would see His glory, and would know the love of the Father.
