Why Did Christ Come? — Part Three

 (ID: 1583)

Christ came to save sinners and transform the lives of the lost. Alistair Begg reminds us that because of this, Christmas’s true meaning is always connected to the cross. We have to be aware of our own sin and the need for Christ’s sacrifice on that cross in order to receive His call. Heeding that call means spending time with the lost and sinful, just as Jesus did. He calls us to be in the world to connect people to Him.

10For mthe Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”
