Who Do You Say I Am?

From Series: The Gospel According to Luke, Volume 4

Luke 9:1, Mark 8:29  (ID: 2126)

When Herod heard rumors about Jesus, he asked, “Who is this?” This question is still often asked of Jesus today. As those around us promote the acceptance of any and every worldview, we must recognize that either Jesus is the Son of God, or He is not—there is no middle ground. If we find ourselves waiting to respond to His message of salvation, Alistair Begg reminds us, we may, like Herod, find we have waited too long.

Jesus Sends Out the Twelve Apostles

1And he called the twelve together and gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases,

29And he asked them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered him, “You are the Christ.”
