The Sacred Duty of Motherhood

 (ID: 1798)

We live in a time of cultural confusion concerning what it means to be a mother. In this message from Titus 2, Alistair Begg unpacks the sacred duty of motherhood. Being a mother, he reminds us, is a God-given privilege that is worthy of honor. Through important responsibilities such as loving her family, making a home, and following the leadership of her husband, a mother has the potential for great influence in her holy calling.

4and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, 5to be self-controlled, tpure, uworking at home, kind, and vsubmissive to their own husbands, wthat the word of God may not be reviled.
