In this breakout session, Parkside church planters Scott Kennedy and Matt McAlvey reflect on pastoral ministry in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since 2020, congregations and church culture have changed. Some attenders have left, others remain, and new people have come. People are much more open with their opinions and yet are seeking to know and be known by others. In response to this, pastors must lean on friends and mentors, renew their focus on people, and reevaluate what their ministries look like.
