The Praise

 (ID: 3261)

Paul’s writing is marked by spontaneous outbursts of praise, which emerge naturally from the theology he expounds. The focus of Paul’s adoration? God Himself: personal, omnipotent, and worthy of all praise. As Alistair Begg explains, the churches who received Paul’s letters and read his praises to God are hints of the glorious future, when God’s love and rule will be made obvious to all.

Topics:

20iNow to jhim who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, kaccording to the power at work within us, 21lto him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
