On the Death of a Princess

 (ID: 1951)

In the wake of Princess Diana’s sudden passing, Alistair Begg offers commentary on fame, wealth, and beauty within the context of scriptural precepts. Observing death gives us perspective on life, forcing us to confront the difference between our own mortality and God’s majesty. In this life, we can easily embrace external fairy tales, in turn forsaking spirituality and godliness. Where we fail by embracing worldliness, however, there is hope through Jesus Christ, who paid the penalty for our sins.

23dwho brings princes to nothing,

and makes the rulers of the earth as emptiness.
