How can Jesus be fully God and fully man? This is the big question of Christmas—that of the incarnation—and it can only be answered by examining the Scriptures. From the earliest texts of the Old Testament, we see that God desired to be with the people He created. While there never was a time when Jesus did not exist, Alistair Begg encourages us to embrace the seemingly incomprehensible reality that at Christmas, eternal deity came and “dwelt among us.”
14And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
