King David’s question to the people of Israel challenges us still: “Who then will offer willingly, consecrating himself today to the Lord?” Alistair Begg helps us see that all of life is comprehensively covered under this foundational question—the movement of our lives, the disbursement of our funds, the direction of our children, everything! David’s perspective helps us to think properly about God, ourselves, our possessions, and the future. Everything belongs to the Lord, and He will provide for us. Therefore, let us give generously to Him!
