Preaching as Work

 (ID: GS794)

Work characterizes our post-Eden world, and preachers who labor diligently will be approved by God instead of ashamed before Him. In this message, Edward Lobb describes the fundamental character of a preacher as a worker: someone who must plan and study vigorously to rightly divide the Word of truth and deliver Gospel-focused messages. As a minister’s labor is motivated by love for God and sustained by the strength of the Holy Spirit, it will result in strong, mature believers.
