We often delegate the responsibly to teach our children about Christ to a school, camp, church, or family member. While those avenues can make a difference, Ephesians 6:4 charges fathers to instruct children in the way of God. Alistair Begg encourages fathers to reclaim the biblical mandate for men to tenderly train and instruct their children. In doing so, they can bring the heart of their children to the heart of our Savior.
4Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, ubut bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
