Communion

Participating in Communion can became little more than part of our Christian routine. Believers need a frequent reminder about its significance. When we gather for Communion, it’s not just to commemorate past events. Participating in Communion is an acknowledgment of our identity with Christ in all that He has done, an encouragement in our unity with one another, and a reminder that that we are united across time and geography with believers in every generation.

16aThe cup of blessing that we bless, is it not a participation in the blood of Christ? bThe bread that we break, is it not a participation in the body of Christ? 17Because there is one bread, we who are many are cone body, for we all partake of the one bread.
