Authority in the Church — Part One

 (ID: 1142)

The rejection of authority has led to confusion in contemporary society and compromise in the church. Many professing Christians doubt whether even God’s Word has jurisdiction over areas such as family life and morality. Yet if we say Christ is King and the Head over His body, then we must bow our intellects and desires to His lordship. Alistair Begg preaches that we proclaim Jesus best when we submit our hearts and minds to the authority of God’s written Word.
