Always Abounding

 (ID: 0150)

With Jesus’ victory in mind, Paul offered the Corinthian Christians both exhortation and encouragement. As believers, he wrote, we must be steadfast, holding on to the Gospel, and immovable, ready to face the challenges before us. Our lives must always abound in the Lord’s service, knowing our labor for Him is not in vain. Alistair Begg reminds us that in Christ we can stand firm; because of the hope of the resurrection, nothing we do for Him is ever wasted.

58bTherefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in cthe work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord dyour labor is not in vain.
