The Blazing Furnace

While Daniel was serving in the Babylonian court, King Nebuchadnezzar built a golden image, commanding everyone to bow down to it. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused, and they were punished by being thrown into a fiery furnace—yet the flame did not hurt them.
